Returns
- All returns must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, otherwise the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Requests for returns must be made within 3 days of receiving the order, at bussiness@oanasavu.com . If this timeframe has passed, we can not accept a return.
- We do not provide return shipping labels for orders. Any return must be registered with a tracking number. Otherwise, if the package gets lost we will not cover the costs and therefore no refund will be done.
- Returns must be sent back within 3 days after our approval.
- Items returned without our knowledge will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
- We will not accept returns and we are not responsible for oanasavu.creations items purchased from other retailers.
- All items purchased during our sales, are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
- Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake from our part, we take the full responsibility and solve any issue may occur.
- Your account will be credited, less shipping charges, within 1-3 business days of return receipt. You will be emailed a return confirmation at that time. All refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment.
- Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We cannot refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.

Please note that additional taxes, customs duties, or import fees may apply depending on the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. All packages are shipped from Belgium via UPS, with insurance coverage up to €800.
We accept orders from B2B customers with a minimum value of €480 at wholesale prices.
Order processing times vary by quantity:
- Orders of up to 10 items are processed within 2–5 business days.
- Orders containing 10 to 20 items require 2–10 business days for processing.
- Larger orders exceeding 20 items typically need around 2 to 20 working days to be fulfilled.
We carefully package every item individually in its own elegant jewelry box, accompanied by a soft cleaning cloth to maintain the piece’s shine. These jewelry boxes are designed not only for protection, but also to serve as beautiful displays for showcasing the jewelry in your store.
While we take every precaution to ensure smooth delivery, we are not responsible for packages lost, missing, or delivered to incorrect addresses. However, we are committed to assisting you in resolving any delivery issues that may arise by contacting the shipping company when necessary.
Each shipped order will include a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment status 24/7. Please verify that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order, and ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and we cannot be held liable for delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance processes.
