Shipping Policy

Shipping within Belgium is free, and all orders ship in 1 – 3 business days. It applies to all products available on stock.

Shipping within the European Union Zone is free, and all orders ship in 3 – 5 business days. It applies to all products available on stock.

Custom orders – All our products are hand-made from scratch. Therefore, at OanaSavu.Creations you can customize your jewelry as you wish [ colour, shape, size etc.]. In this case following rules applies:

– For custom order, please use the contact form, to establish all the details

– On every item we provide estimated production time, that we need to fulfill your order. This time is 3-5 business days, or 5-7 business days for certain items. This means that no matter what type of shipping option you choose at check-out, we will still need the estimated production time stated on the item’s page from your purchase, before we ship your order out.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to the incorrect address. Please ensure that your address is correct when placing your order and that you will be available to receive your order upon delivery. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and we are not responsible for carrier delays.

Customs Duties & Taxes: Import duties and taxes are not included in the purchase price or shipping rate. Customers are responsible for any customs and duties fees that may incur.

International Shipping – outside European Union Zone

For shipping outside the European Union Zone, a flat rate of 15€ is applied.

For orders outside the European Union Zone we use by default local post services.  If you prefer a different shipping method, please get in touch with us before you place an order, to establish the most convenient shipping method.

All orders shipped outside the European Union Zone may be subject to additional custom duties/taxes based on the end country’s taxes, tariffs and duties. These fees are not associated with OanaSavu.Creations. The value of your shipment is non-negotiable and must directly reflect the cost of the jewelry.

Processing + Delivery Time

Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day.

Returns

All returns must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, otherwise the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Requests for returns must be made within 3 days of receiving the order. If this timeframe has passed, we can not accept a return.

We do not provide return shipping labels for orders.

Returns must be sent back within 3 days after our approval.

Items returned without our knowledge will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

We will not accept returns and we are not responsible for oanasavu.creations items purchased from other retailers.

All items purchased during our sales, are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake from our part, we take the responsibility and solve any issue may occur.

Your account will be credited, less shipping charges, within 5-10 business days of return receipt. You will be emailed a return confirmation at that time. All refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment.

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We cannot refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.
