Standard Delivery UPS 2-5 working days: €10

Free Shipping on orders over €100

 

United Kingdom:

Standard Delivery UPS 2-8 days: 12€

Free Shipping on orders over €135

 

Switzerland & Norway:

Standard Delivery UPS 2-8 working days: €18

Free Shipping on orders over €135

Canada & Mexic:

Standard Delivery UPS 2-8 working days: €50

Rest of Europe:

Standard Delivery UPS 2-8 working days: €14

Please note that additional taxes and custom duties may apply, according to the country of destination. All packages are sent from Belgium.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to the incorrect address.
Every shipped order will receive a tracking number, being able to easily follow your order status. Please ensure that your address is correct when placing your order and that you will be available to receive your order upon delivery. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and we are not responsible for carrier delays.

 

Custom fees & import duties

 

In certain instances, customs or import duties may be applied once your package arrives in the destination country. Any additional fees that may arise are the responsibility of the customer. Oana Savu Creations does not cover taxes and custom duties. Import duties and taxes are not included in the purchase price or shipping rate!!!
These charges are determined by the laws and customs regulations of the importing destination country and are unfortunately beyond our control. We are also unable to estimate these fees at the time of purchase, as they may vary.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for up-to-date information on any applicable fees, so you’re not caught off guard.

Returns 

 

  • All returns must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, otherwise the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Requests for returns must be made within 3 days of receiving the order, at bussiness@oanasavu.com . If this timeframe has passed, we can not accept a return. 
  • We do not provide return shipping labels for orders. Any return must be registered with a tracking number. Otherwise, if the package gets lost we will not cover the costs and therefore no refund will be done.
  • Returns must be sent back within 3 days after our approval.
  • Items returned without our knowledge will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
  • We will not accept returns and we are not responsible for oanasavu.creations items purchased from other retailers.
  • All items purchased during our sales, are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake from our part, we take the full responsibility and solve any issue may occur.
  • Your account will be credited, less shipping charges, within 1-3 business days of return receipt. You will be emailed a return confirmation at that time. All refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment.
  • Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We cannot refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.
